I went to them as a second opinion from my normal repair place. They quoted me a few hundred less and I went with them. A couple of days later, my entire A/C was replaced and worked perfectly. Later that day, my A/C made a weird noise, and they told me to bring it back. They came in early the next day (a Saturday) to install a new part (I guess they had gotten a bad one).
